If this is your first time visiting Core Club, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled class for a quick studio orientation.
Clients must be present at the start of class—late entry is not permitted.

Medical concerns & pregnancy
Core Club may decline entry to a class because of injury or other safety concerns, including pregnancy. Under these circumstances, we recommend booking a private session to receive a proper evaluation.
If you are pregnant and in your first trimester, you may take any of our classes with your doctor’s consent.
After the first trimester, we highly recommend private training to receive appropriate modifications and pregnancy-safe exercises.
